I would like to get to a point where I workout at least 3 days a week and then just become more active. I hate working out but if I can get a work out while doing something that needs to be done, I am all for it. I try to do the same because I am not the type of person who can stick to working out. I will usually make a habit of it for a few weeks and then skip a few days and never go back. Sophia Posted October 29, 2021 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I am focusing on working out 3 days a week. I want to get that up to 5 days when I feel like I can.
