Lana
I usually listen to mostly everything I enjoy. From rock, rap/hip-hop, classic rock, metal, electronic, pop, grunge, and more. I like to listen to anything with rhyme. Also Synthwave is pretty good too for working out I think. But what music do you listen to?
Stacey
Are you familiar with copyright free music? There are a handful of channels on YouTube. A lot of the music they make is kind of like "club" style music. Like techno but not. I am not sure what the genre is. Maybe dubstep? I like that music for working out to.
James
Outdoor workouts I listen to no music and just enjoy the sounds of nature. Inside workouts I will listen to almost anything. I like 80s - 90s rock and alternative. If I am really going to grind it out on the indoor bike maybe some of that motivating affirmation music after I pass the 90 minute mark to help keep my mind focused on the task at hand. Emma
I guess this depends on what mood I am in. I tend to prefer pop/club/dance music as I do cardio when I do work out. Rock and rap are good for doing muscle work but I hardly do that kind of working out.
