Yonder
One of the hardest thing I've had to do, but it has really helped me improve my sleeping pattern and overall energy throughout the day.
Kuro
That's great! I have a terrible caffeine problem too, not going to say its an addiction but I do drink too much
James
Congrats to you. Your body will thank you for the improved sleep routine and lack of pressure you are putting on it to process the caffeine.
Stacey
I need to cut it out myself. I don't drink it a lot but I would like to just stop completely. It isn't something you want to rely on, especially when you get older.
Emma
How long did it take for you to see your sleep improve? I told my friend one of the main reasons he is struggling with sleep is down to his coffee and energy drink consumption. He is waking up every night after just 2 hours of sleep. He has had broken sleep now for almost 2 years and I think it is effecting his health badly.
