Have you ever been cheated on? How did you handle it?

Has there ever been a time where you were cheated on by your partner? I haven't been cheated on in recent years, but I was cheated on during high school. I caught the girl I was dating, locking lips with another dude in my school at the time. It devastated me, because I thought she was the one I wanted to make the rest of my life with, but that did not come to happen. Anyway, I swore off women for a few years after it, because my trust went way down, along with my anxiety and depression.

I am lucky to never have lived through this experience that I know of. My wife is a great lady.

When I was younger, I was. This was before I met my husband. I had two relationships prior to him and both of them cheated on me. The first one cheated on me with his ex and the other one, his friend's wife! I met my husband shortly after leaving him and we knew we wanted to marry right away. It was strange because I never once thought that he's cheat one me even with my pasts experiences. As for how I handled being cheated on... Not well! Both times I became angry and then sad, and then angry again. I just felt so used and betrayed.

My first boyfriend never directly cheated on me but more indirectly did. He became addicted to porn to the point where I just couldn't trust him. He had a friend who would have sex with a lot of different girls and he would e-mail their nude pictures to him to "use".. It was disturbing and disgusting. They had no idea either. I felt like that qualifies as cheating.

I have not, at least not that I am aware of. Usually when a relationship starts heading south, I don't try to fix it and just end it. I have been the one to end all my relationships but one. He dumped me because I wouldn't have sex with him. He likely would have been the one to cheat on me anyways.
