No one in the house as to much space but you have just enough space to spread out if needed. We live on a dead end street and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. If anyone here is in the market to buy a house be it for investment or personal reasons, go for a brick house if you have the option! Also, I love that it has a basement. It can be loud and annoying a lot of times. I can't wait to be able to buy a house for myself.
