The most I have ever taken in one day was 3000 mg and that was when I was sick and I only did it for 4 days. Mega-dosing tends to be 5000 mg or more each day. I know when I am not sick, if I take anymore than 1500, I will have to spend a lot of time in the bathroom! lol Has anyone here ever mega-dosed it and saw positive results? 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scarlett Posted August 15, 2021 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Vitamin C is one of those things that I think over half the population has a mild deficiency in due to eating a crap diet. I have never mega dosed any vitamin, not eve D3 when my doctor wanted me to. I told him I would rather spend time in the sun. I think the best approach is to work with the body instead of taking supplements.
