Stacey Posted August 9, 2021 Share Posted August 9, 2021 I always hear about people on keto diets using it to cook food and in their coffee which to me is a bit much. I am curious about it though. I am not a big fan of the flavor but I like to use it on my skin. I find it works better than lotion. Are there any benefits to eating it though?
