Stacey
I always hear about people on keto diets using it to cook food and in their coffee which to me is a bit much. I am curious about it though. I am not a big fan of the flavor but I like to use it on my skin. I find it works better than lotion. Are there any benefits to eating it though? James
Coconut has high fiber and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) which both are known to aid with weight loss, digestion, and improved heart health. It is a high calorie fruit though and should just like anything else be eaten in moderation. I typically use coconut water in my green smoothies I make to help add a bit of sweetness. Emma
I remember reading about it helping with memory. I think some doctor did some kind of test on her husband or something and saw some promising results for his dementia or something. I am not 100% as it has been awhile since I heard anything about it.
