How do you stay motivated when you are faced with setbacks?

Sometimes I can manage and sometimes I can't. I find that it helps if I just take a break and let go of whatever is stressing me out.

Whenever I put too much pressure on myself to get something done or I expect too much from myself, I end up in a rut.

I am like Emma. There are times when I do a great job at it and other times I just lose it and get so stressed out. I think having a good grounding makes a difference. Have some kind of spiritual health aspect to your day to day life so the setbacks aren't so hard.
