I just want to know how you, personally, deal with setbacks and stay motivated to keep going. It seems like most people just give up and I am guilty of this myself. Emma Posted December 24, 2021 Share Posted December 24, 2021 Sometimes I can manage and sometimes I can't. I find that it helps if I just take a break and let go of whatever is stressing me out. Mila Posted January 2, 2022 Share Posted January 2, 2022 I am like Emma. There are times when I do a great job at it and other times I just lose it and get so stressed out. I think having a good grounding makes a difference. Have some kind of spiritual health aspect to your day to day life so the setbacks aren't so hard.
