Rachel Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 With the new job coming and other things changing in my life, I feel like I'm losing my mind a bit. I am stressed, anxious and worried all the time now. It's a sucky feeling for sure. One that I wish I didn't have to deal with. But, I need to learn how to get over it. Do you guys know ways to rewire your own brains to stop the stress and anxiety? I feel I get too stressed sometimes, and it causes me to have issues come up around me. Which causes further stress.
