Justin89
I was wondering, is it possible to pay off medical debt with cryptocurrency? And I'm not saying by converting it to cash. I mean actual crypto for medical care. Do you think any hospitals accept it? Maybe some private practices? What do you guys think? I think it'd be great to be able to pay in crypto if you had enough to do so. Edited November 12, 2021 by Justin89
Scarlett
I would imagine this will become a thing in the future but likely only private clinics will accept it for a while. I can't see bigger hospitals doing it, at least not for a long time. It is still too new to be that mainstream for something like this.
James
It still is not a widely accepted form of payment. Maybe at some point in the future though it may be possible.
Rachel
Would be really cool if they could allow for such an option. Because it would allow a lot of people to utilize their crypto for their own benefit. But of course, the only other way is to cash in and get that money and then use the money.
Stacey
I don't know anyone in the medical field who does this. I am sure eventually it will be an option but it will not be on a wide range. You have to think of things like insurance and what not.
