Sophia Posted January 1, 2022 Share Posted January 1, 2022 Does anyone have any tips for this? I tend to fail every year and I think this has to do with me starting out too strong. Mila Posted January 2, 2022 Share Posted January 2, 2022 The only tip I can give is to keep them short and sweet. Make a goal for January to start. Make it small and make it something you know you can handle. One example would be to stop drinking soda for the month. Most people can handle this small change.
