Are they good as traditional therapy options out there? I heard of a few and have considered trying them out, but idk if I feel comfortable using them. Are they vetted? It seemed like a lot of them were overpaid scams. I think for general stress, it is fine but for more severe issues, it is best to speak with a professional and not trust some online service.
