What kind of stock is best to invest in as a noob?

Well it has been proven time and time again that people are unable to beat the market. So when people first get started in investing in equities I would typically suggest a full market ETF with the lowest fees possible.

That way you do not need to know anything and you have a broad exposure to the entire market (instant diversification).

Something like VTI from Vanguard or FZROX from Fidelity is a great way to get your feet wet and get going.

Probably investing in something you are familiar with is safest. Like if you have a favorite brand or product, you can invest in them through stock shares. You not only support something you enjoy but you could make money from it.
