Overcoming our fears.

Recommended Posts

Fear stops many of us from pursuing the things that we want. Fear of judgment, rejection and failure stop us from this pursuit. We often think of what people would say if we did something. Many of us don't do certain things because of the fear of failure. We often think that our ideas might not work.  Ralph Waldo Emerson once said that always do what you are afraid to do.  Fear exists in every human being, and if you become fearless, then fear can be a source of energy and motivation. It's incredibly important to learn and recognize your fears, in order to use them in your favor.  Utilizing fear this way will help you a lot in achieving your goals.  Remember, failure and fear are parts of every success story.

Many people also face the fear of change throughout their lives. Whenever we decide to do something big, they fear the uncertainty of their life after doing this. The fear of change elicits our insecurities. Many people resist change. Once we realize that the pain of changing is less than the pain of remaining in the same situation, then we can start living a fuller life.  Overcoming our fears is easier said than done. Doing this takes years of practice and work to focus our energies on something more constructive. Many of our fears are illogical and only exist in our minds. When you start recognizing your fears, then you can start facing them and work to change your current situation.  With compelling images and easy-to-read captions, Motivation District’s video inspires its listeners to begin their journey of self-discovery.
