The Law of GOYA

Recommended Posts

“No one achieves success without putting in the hard work.”

In another Motivation District video, listeners hear from multiple speakers compelling their audience to put in the work to actually achieve their goals. Topics such as the Law of GOYA, a life blueprint, and exercises of gratitude are touched on. The video starts with a discussion about the phenomenon of behavior and perception. The speaker is fascinated by how much others see them see themselves and how they see the world. Getting caught in this cycle of over analysis can lead to negative self-talk and inhibition to reaching our fullest potentials.  Changing our way of thinking can make a huge difference in our lives.

The Law of GOYA, or the gett off your ass law, highlights that no person has achieved success by not working hard. In order to be successful, individuals must take the right actions, in the right order, and at the right time consistently. Building this mental, emotional, and behavioral forititude will come into play as individuals start to build their life blueprint.

A life blueprint is an amalgamation of a person’s routines, inner and outer mission, strengths and weaknesses. The narrator here talks about the importance of having visual representations of their goals through vision boards or through manually writing down our goals. Through these representations, one can train their brain to fixate on their goals and “delete or destroy” everything else.

The narrator also touches on the importance of expressing gratitude for what happens during our day to day and for things that we did well. Through this exercise, one can learn to thinking more positively.

With easy to read captions and compelling images, Motivation District’s video is easily accessible and inspires its listeners to live more fully. This video can be accessed here:
